Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments for travel services provided by MHIndiaTrips must be made through the payment methods communicated or made available by MHIndiaTrips. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking confirmation has been issued.

Prices may vary depending on the destination, travel dates, availability, number of travelers, accommodation category, transportation, seasonal demand, supplier pricing, taxes, and other applicable charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channels of MHIndiaTrips. Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific package, hotel, airline, transportation provider, activity provider, booking conditions, and time of cancellation.

Certain travel services may be partially or completely non-refundable. Services that have already commenced, tickets that have already been issued, or bookings subject to non-refundable supplier conditions may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Where a refund is applicable, MHIndiaTrips will process the eligible amount in accordance with the applicable booking and supplier policies. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, hotel, airline, or other third-party supplier.

Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier deductions, payment processing charges, or other permitted fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Duplicate payments, where identified and verified, may be refunded through the applicable payment method after completion of the necessary verification process.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when making an enquiry or booking with MHIndiaTrips. This includes personal details, contact information, travel dates, passport information, visa details, and any other information required to arrange the requested travel services.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, identification documents, and any other documents required by the destination country or relevant authorities.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all applicable immigration requirements, local laws, hotel rules, transportation regulations, and instructions provided by airlines, hotels, guides, transport operators, and other service providers.

Travelers should review their booking confirmation, itinerary, travel dates, names, accommodation details, transportation arrangements, and other booking information carefully and promptly notify MHIndiaTrips of any errors or discrepancies.

Any additional costs, losses, penalties, delays, or cancellations resulting from incorrect information, missing documents, failure to comply with applicable requirements, or the traveler's personal conduct may be the responsibility of the traveler.

Travelers are also responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings, valuables, passports, travel documents, and other personal property during their journey.

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, travelers, and users of the MHIndiaTrips website and services.

MHIndiaTrips is not responsible for circumstances caused directly by third-party suppliers or events outside our reasonable control, including flight delays or cancellations, hotel changes, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

MHIndiaTrips will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when issues arise with third-party services, but the resolution of such issues may depend on the applicable supplier's policies and procedures.

Limitation of Liability

Bookings & Travel Services

MHIndiaTrips provides travel-related services including domestic and international tour packages, customized itineraries, accommodation arrangements, transportation, airport transfers, sightseeing, activities, experiences, group tours, private tours, and other travel services.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after availability has been confirmed, the required payment has been received, and MHIndiaTrips has issued a booking confirmation.

Travel packages and itineraries may include services provided by different suppliers. The availability, timing, accommodation, transportation, activities, and other components of a package may be subject to change due to operational requirements, supplier availability, weather, government regulations, or other circumstances.

Customers should carefully review their booking confirmation and itinerary before travelling. Any requested changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, and any other documents required for their destination and journey.

Visa approval, immigration clearance, entry permission, and other decisions made by government or immigration authorities are outside the control of MHIndiaTrips.

Special Requests

MHIndiaTrips may communicate special requests regarding accommodation, meals, transportation, accessibility, celebrations, or other requirements to the relevant service provider. Such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
